Well, your wish has been granted! As of 18 March 2020, Xero’s new data capturing tool – Hubdoc is included in Starter, Standard and Premium Plans. Now you’ll be able to easily capture and manage your bills and receipts, say goodbye to manual data entry and get a better handle on your finances. What is Hubdoc?

Hubdoc is Xero’s data capture solution used to add and store bills & receipts for your business. It also extracts data from documents and publish them to Xero to automatically create transactions.

Getting your books in order is key to staying on top of your finances- doing things like identifying spending patterns and managing cashflow with confidence. All your documents are securely stored in the cloud, auto-filed by supplier and date, searchable, and easy to access from anywhere in the world.

Fast and reliable data extraction

Once documents are uploaded to Hubdoc, the key data is automatically extracted and synced to Xero as accurately coded transactions with source documents attached – giving you more time to analyze data rather than manually entering it.

Streamlined bank reconciliation

Secure Cloud storage integrations

Publish documents from Hubdoc to cloud storage providers such as Dropbox, ShareFile, Google Drive, and more for additional backup.
